Most couples reach out 9–14 months ahead of their wedding date, especially for Saturday weddings in spring and fall. We take a limited number of weddings each year so we can give every one our full attention — earlier is better, but we always reply, even if your date is close.

Yes — we love a road trip. Anywhere within about 90 minutes of Austin (the whole Texas Hill Country) is included. Beyond that, we add travel and lodging at cost; we are happy to put together a custom quote.

For a full wedding day you can expect dozens to hundreds of fully edited images, depending on the package, delivered in an online gallery within 6–8 weeks. We also send a sneak-peek set within a few days of the wedding so you have something to share right away.

Yes — every wedding collection includes a complimentary engagement session. We use it to get to know each other, work out how you feel in front of a camera, and make portraits you will want on your walls.

Texas weather will Texas — we always plan for it. We carry weather resistant equipment, scout indoor backup spots ahead of time, and if your timeline slides we slide with it. Your contracted hours are flexible enough to absorb a normal amount of running late.

Yes — offer high quality prints for the top tier package. We work with you to design a set of wall mounted framed prints to delight the newly wedded couple.

After our intro call, we send a custom proposal. To hold your date we ask for a signed contract and 50% of the package price; with the remainder due two weeks before the wedding. The retainer is what officially reserves your day on our calendar.
